Description
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading brand strategy, demand generation, and marketing execution across all markets. This person will continue to build Stahla’s marketing engine — developing campaigns, improving online presence, supporting revenue goals, and ensuring our brand remains premium, consistent, and distinctive.
This role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, perfect for a builder who can create systems, lead creative initiatives, and partner closely with Sales and Operations to drive results.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee website performance, brand alignment, and lead conversion.
- Partner with web developers to improve user experience, speed, and SEO.
- Manage Google Business profiles across all regions to ensure a strong online reputation.
- Build and optimize digital funnels: Google Business, SEO, GEO, PPC, website improvements, landing pages, remarketing, and email campaigns.
- Track key KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rates, website performance) and adjust campaigns for ROI.
- Partner with Sales to support territory-specific lead goals.
- Drive consistent lead flow for events, construction, municipalities, and emergency response segments.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor strategies, pricing shifts, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights to Sales and Leadership that inform strategy and territory growth.
Develop playbooks for entering new markets and supporting new shop openings. - Own and evolve the Stahla brand across all channels, regions, and customer touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across design, copy, social media, print materials, signage, truck/trailer wraps, and sales collateral.
- Lead creative direction for photography, video, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Manage vendor partners (design agencies, photographers, printers, etc.).
- Protect the premium feel and high professionalism of the Stahla brand.
- Develop marketing strategies that increase inbound leads across regions.
- Create and manage a content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
- Lead storytelling around customer experiences, team culture, case studies, trailer features, and community engagement.
- Oversee production of blog posts, videos, photos, social content, and email newsletters.
- Oversee development sales enablement content — brochures, sell sheets, decks, proposals, and event materials.
- Partner with Sales to align campaigns with revenue goals.
- Support Operations with training materials, signage, trailer documentation, and brand-aligned tools.
- Work closely with leadership on quarterly and annual strategic planning.
- Support recruiting efforts with branding, employer brand content, and hiring campaigns.

Preferred Talents
- 4+ years in marketing, brand management, or growth leadership.
- Experience in B2B, rentals, construction, events, logistics, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, GEO, PPC, and analytics.
- Proven ability to build a marketing function from scratch in a high-growth environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Experience managing vendors and internal creative resources.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment
- Must have access to and be able to use phone, computer, internet connection, and email.
- Ability to handle multiple computer programs, systems, and communication tools simultaneously.
- Fast-paced and dynamic client and vendor communication environment.
Hours
- General workday is 8AM-4PM
- Weekend work included as needed
