Position Summary
At Stahla Services, we don’t just sell—we solve, serve, and scale. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of our business—building lasting relationships and delivering high value solutions to help our customers succeed. This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales role. We’re looking for a team member who understands how to spark meaningful conversation, uncover client needs, and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.

You’ll own the first interaction with prospective clients, from the initial outreach to closing the deal, helping construction sites, event planners, and disaster-relief teams secure premium restroom and shower trailers.
Your day-to-day will involve reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how we can help them achieve their goals. If you’re driven to excel and make a significant impact, we’re eager to see what you can bring to our team.
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive and lasting business and customer relationships
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up to date, and accurate pipeline in our CRM with accuracy and intention
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM
- Educate prospects on our assets and services from an expert perspective
- Allow the Head of Sales to shadow calls and give feedback
- Available most days to take customer calls
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain knowledge of our products and industry
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience
- Be aware of patterns of negative feedback from customers to report to the Head of Sales
- Collaborate with Operations for smooth handoffs so customers receive five-star onsite support
- Help clients see our services not as a product but as a competitive advantage
Results
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on customer details so operations team has proper expectations by EOD
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely to convert and scale
- There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
- Clean CRM management that is clear and tells the story of every lead and conversion
Requirements
- 4+ years in high-volume relationship-driven sales transactional sales (events, rentals, gym memberships, SaaS, etc).
- Confident, thoughtful and engaging communicator across phone, video conference, email, etc
- 3+ years experience with business to customer (B2C)
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Are routine driven
- Excited about rapid growth with a proven record of meeting/exceeding quotas while having fun
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader
- Ability to travel for trade shows or key client visits (~10 %).
- High moral code, character, and integrity.
